Dr. Nguyen is a board-certified gastroenterologist that specializes in all aspects of gastroenterology disorders. He has a special interest in and has additional training on Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) conditions.

Education & Training

Dr. Nguyen received his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2007. He completed his internship and residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from 2007-2010 and served as Chief Resident from 2010-2011. He then completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL from 2011-2014, and served as Chief Fellow in his final year. He returned to California to complete an Advanced Fellowship in Inflammatory Bowel Disease at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from 2014-2015 before joining the South Bay Gastroenterology Medical Group. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the American College of Gastroenterology.
